DIRECTIONS
The OC Anxiety Center is centrally located in Mission Viejo, 15 minutes from both Irvine and San Clemente. Less than one mile from the I-5 freeway, it is located within walking distance to the Mission Medical Hospital and near the Shops at Mission Viejo.
From the I-5, exit at Crown Valley Parkway, and head east. Turn left (north) onto Los Altos, followed immediately by a right turn (east) onto Plaza. The building will be immediately on the left.
